Zup file getting corrupt

Hi everybody:
I got problems when Labels get printed automatically on the warehouse. I got a custom size of 4 x 2 ". It was working perfectly until yesterday. I delete the zup file on Navision and it worked fine for a while but then it started printing misplaced. We use Navision through Citrix. The zup file store on the local computer.

Any ideas.

Hi,

Sounds like margins / paper size were set on the report at run time. These are then stored in the Zup file and used the next time. Run the report and change the Page Setup (File -> Page Setup) to see if fixes the problem

That's exactly what I did. I go to the report File-Page Setup. Everything is fine, but as you said the report when the Post. Once an invoice is created the labels get printed on the warehouse.

Are the label print automatically from the invoice post?

Have you tried the page setting with the printer changed or setting the page setting in the report properties?
