Biztalk on a 64 bit computer, biztalk after upgrade

Hi All,
This post is to add some experience we encountered and where I could not find immediat information.
First of all : Biztalk sending/receiving (so the CGreqclient.dll) works on 64 bit computer. Some ressources (even Microsoft) stated this could not work...wrong : we do, already 4 months.
We did an upgrade from Navision 5.0 to SP 1 and encountered problems (errors from the CGreqclient.dll) and could not find the problem. the new client on citrix servers works, the DLL is the same as on the CD, etc...
What was the trick that did it? (maybe more a citrix problem than a nav problem, but anyway it relates)
- cleanup the .net components in the GAC
- uninstall the client (any client)
- even delete the client folders to make sure that nothing is stored (maybe overkill)
- changed permissions on the services (nas)

That's good feedback, thanks for sharing that. Have you given this to Microsoft as well? Believe it or not, they are always interested in how partners make their product work, as it could help them with other customers as well.0
