Physical Inventory for WMS warehouses with Lot No's

Hi all!
I need suggestions on how to do both situations in NAV 5:
1. How can I do the upload for my inventory ( beginning balances) when using WMS warehouses with Lot No's?? I am not ablew to assign a Lot No for my item using Whse physical Inv journal??

2. If I need to do a physical inventory at the end of the year, what will be the best way??

    For open balances you use whse journal. You post your adjustments, then go to Item journal. Function calculation Whse. Adjustment.


    For future. You run whse. phys journal. Click on funcion calculation inventory and populate phys. qty field.
