While trying to enter items in the Phys. Inventory Journal, need to add additional items, items that show zero in inventory however they are physically in inventory. When trying to add these items, the following error message displays “Phys. Inventory must be Yes in Item Journal Line Journal Template Name=’PHYS . INV.’,Journal Batch Name=’DEFAULT’,Line No.=’0’

You need to click on function then Calculate Inventory and filter on item, and then on option tab check the field
Items Not on Inventory. and then click ok.
It will create the line for you with calculated quantity of 0.0
