Is it compulsory to update the RGPARTII A that "Receipt and Invoice" should be done at the same time or I can do first receipts in stores and then update invoice later by accounts?

    RG 23 Part 1 & RG 23 part 11 will update when u receipt the items using Receive option in navision.

    Excise Entry will update when u generate the Invoice using Invoice option In Navision

    Better to know what is RG 23 part 1, RG 23 part 11 , Excise Entry.
    Difference between RG 's and Excise Entry.

    Whenever you choose to opt for the receive only option, NEVER invoice the order from the same order form.
    Use the invoice form instead and use the get receipt lines function, else your RG23 part II will never match.
