Issues with UCC-128 label/barcodes

Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.

We have just implemented NAV 5.0 and are having some difficulties with UCC labels for a new customer retailer we are bringing on board. We FedEx'd a copy of our UCC for their approval, but they rejected it for the following reason:
"Bar code symbology fails for incorrect format. Missing Function 1 in bar code symbology ."

I called our contact who was responsible for approving it, but I wasn't able to get much more (she mentioned that we were using ISO instead of GENSPEC format).

We currently have 2 other retailers that are using the similar UCC labels, and everything is working fine.

Any guidance/assistance you could provide would be appreciated.

I would check the format that was sent. UCC label formats are a standard, the problem more like comes from you than from them.

The barcode is set up identically for customer in question as it is for two of our other big retailers (Naiman/Saks).

If you have any suggestions on how to test/validate the format, please let me know.
