I got a little problem while changing Inv. Rounding Precision of local currency
from 1 to 0.001 (I think all you have configured this well in the first setup).
After I traced, I found that it should be same with Amount Rounding Precision.
But I also can't change Amount Rounding too, I found that I have to delete posted General
Journal. Then I meant to Compress it using Date Compression > General Ledger.
But I also can't easily compress since its dimension is used in Analysis View.
After I retain all used dimension, I process it, and get other problem...
System display that "Date Locked must be Yes in Accounting Period Starting Date='01/01/02'" Then fix it.
I think I have had very troublesome steps on these.. ](*,)
After all problem get solved, then final problem is:
:!: The transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in the G/L Entry table.
Check where and how the CONSISTENT function is used in the transaction to find the reason for the error.

Anyone could advise me, Am I wrong or correct, then what should I do furthermore on these? :?:

Thank you in advance as always. #-o

Yay! I found the problem, looks like it always check the
GLEntry and called CONSISTENT function with following expression:
BalanceCheckAmount should not be zero (BalanceCheckAmount = 0)
