It seems to be that we need a new license for Nav 2009. Is that correct?

It seems you need a new license for the NAV Server. I upgraded my license (customer) and can run the classic client but not the new client. It did run with the demo license, but after uploading my license to the SQL server, I get:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
You do not have permission to run the 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server' System. Contact your system administrator to have your permissions changed.
OK
