New help files for NAV 2009

Microsoft has released new help files. One of the things they've done is integrate the C/SIDE development guide and the ADG into one CHM file (there goes another tradition). They will replace the ones in RTM.

    One other thing: neither the RTM nor the actual product DVD wll be updated with these new files, so make sure you have the files handy to put in place with all of your installations. Follow the instructions on the download page so that the new files are available from the help menu and F1.
