Transfer Order Posting Issue

I've created a Transfer Order.
In the header, the following fields where filled:

- No
- Transfer-from code
- Transfer-to code
- In-Transit Code and
- Posting Date was filled.

In the lines the following fields where filled.

- Item No
- Description
- Quantity and
- Quantity to Ship

When I try to post the Transfer Order, I am getting an error as follows:

"The General Posting Setup doesnot exist"
Identification Fields and Values:
Gen. Bus. Posting Group='',Gen. Prod. Posting Group='FG'.


Can any body give a solution for this issue?

    Transfer between locations does not involve master where Gen. Bussiness Posting Group can be defined therefore you need to create Gen. Posting Setup with a Blank Gen. Bussiness Posting Group and appropriate Gen. Product Posting Group and Inventory Adjustment Account.
