Nav 5.0 and SQL Server 2005

Hi, there..
My client want to use Nav 5.1 and SQL Server 2005 and also SS reporting services.
I have several ques: :?:
1)If for the server I install this 3 things, need i to install SSRS for the client?
2)If at the server, user can view all the report from the http://localhost/ReportServers,
and how the client user want to view all the report?
I mean at client pc, after users key in the form and want to view the report, how to make sure they
can view the report in SSRS? have i to setting anything at Navision and SSRS/SS?
I hope there is anyone can help me [-o<

1) SSRS is not needed on the client, if WWW are used to access the reports
2) User can view the reports through http://servername/Reports
You need correctly setup the rights on the report and on the datasource to be able to look at the report. But this is question for SSRS documentation or forums...0 -
I shouldn't do this I know :oops: (especially since I don't get any money for it :whistle: ), but I really feel a plug for Rene's book is appropriate here.
It basically covers exactly what you are asking about.

I have question: If i using SQL Server 2005 which its reqmt need IIS 6..If my client pc have IIS 5, do they still can access the server?

You need IIS only if you want to install Reporting Services. You do not need IIS for NAV. And if you are connecting to some other server, you do not need IIS or anything else than NAV on your PC.0
