'Application Launch Management

Already we have 3 companies which are working prefectly; & now I created a new Company & when we are trying to open that new comapny we are getting the following message but though it is working but How we can remove the below message:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
You do not have permission to run the 'Application Launch Management' Codeunit.

Contact the system manager if you need to have your permissions changed.
OK

Please help as soon as possible....

    You need to update your license to 5.0
