Unit of Measure wise display

For single item my client is having multiple unit of measure , can i give 1 report for 1 item in all units of measure without customizing. May be using some query please tell if this is possible.

    You mean run a report, any report, and dynamically alter the display based upon the BOM/Sales/Purchase/Stock UOM?

    No not standard, you will need to design a report to do this.
