  Oh but you can discuss unicode as much as you'd like, it's not going to change anything, but you can discuss it until the cows come home (or as you would say "until you weigh an ounce")

  Reg. Unicode (sorry for pulling that one up again :? ), I did write a little about that in my blog. Not that this solves anything - but because we run .net on the Service Tier, we are running Unicode on the Service Tier (but of course not in the Database - which is the mother of the problem) - you might run into problems having binary strings:
