Segments log - interaction letter to show name / address

It's getting late [-( but i thought I would fling this one in

How do i get the word document which i have imported as an Interaction so that when it prints (via log) for the various contacts, it shows their individul names and address ?

    When you open the Interaction Templates form, if there's no attachment and you click the 'assist Edit' button (to create a new word document), there's a new ms-word document that automatically opens.
    just go to 'Mailings' tab [office 2007] and click on 'Insert printing serial field' (i am freely translating from portuguese version so I am really not sure about the correct button name) and all the possible mail merge fields form navision appear to be inserted.
