C/AL code help

I have a report already written but I cannot sort by Document Date (ascending), tried adding a key but it throws up all kinds of errors.
Im thinking of doing a C/AL code in the GETAFTERRECORD on the report but dont know where to start.

IF DocumentDate = ????????

can anyone help ?

Hi,

You will need to add a key for the document date (even if you are using a temp table). What errors did you get on creating the table key?

Not if you don't tell us what the exact error is. The words in the error message usually tells you exactly what the problem is.

yeah don't add it to the primary key.. make it it's own key
