what is Batch processing

Batch process means u can put a lot of different processes ( run report, run jobs whatever) into a batch , and specify the run time of the task

for example u add 4 process prints 4 different reports
report A 11:00
report B 13:00
report C 15:00
report D 16:00

after add them to batch go
main menu -> general -> batch -> processsing
select the group you have chosen when u add the process to the batch
and you can see a windows will prompt , just leave it alones there

when u come back after 16:00, the 4 reports is ready .
