How to Upgrade to Navision 4.0 SP1

Hi,
I am a newbie to Navision,and i have installed Navision 4.0 on my PC with SQL 2K5 as the DB.From the materials i came to know that for SQL 2K5,SP1 should be installed.

I downladed the DB's and Toolkit for the SP1 from the Partner Source.Could anyone please give the steps to be followed for the Successful Upgradtion.

    Do you have customized objects in your application?
    Why SP1 and not SP3 with the last HF?

    Hi,
    I dont have any Customized Objects,infact i need to install Navision 4.0 with SQL2k5 as the DB.

    I can go for SP3 with latest hotfix.Could you please give me the steps of installing SP3 with latest hotfix,like the things to be downloaded and how it can be installed.
