Shipping Agent code

I want to know what is Shipping Agent code in Posted Shipment Header
table and what is package tracking no.
I want organizing Shipping Automation Process and I need follow fields means.
DDE functions in Navision

    Hi,

    Have you tried pressing F1 while in Shipping Agent Code field :wink:

    If you click few links in Navision help, you will also get to this explanation:

    "You can use the Shipping Agent table to set up shipping agent codes. For each shipping agent, you can enter an Internet address. The Internet address can be used to access the shipping agents package-tracking program.

    After you set up a shipping agent code, you can enter it in the Shipping Agent Code field on a customer card or a ship-to address card. From there, it will be copied to orders created for the customer or to ship-to address. You can also enter the shipping agent code directly on an individual sales header before or after posting.

    After a shipment has been made, you can access the shipping agent's Internet site to check the status of the shipment. From the posted shipment card, click the Function button, Track Package."
