Business notification installation Error

hi all
i found an error (UnRegistration of sql notification services failed) during installation of Business notification server plz help me ...........

    Did you have the NAV client running (and connected to DB) while doing the install of BN?
    There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

    yes nav client is running
    but when i install the BNS then i found error

    OK. Does the user (that is installing) have Admin rights on the computer? Also confirm that all requirements are installed.

    when i begin the installation process initially it running better but after some time there is an error occurs i.e(NotificationServiceDeploymentManagerInterface.dll) does not exist.

    yes i logon with administrator user

    If you have TS installed, then uninstall it first and then install BN with admin rights.
