Hi
I have restored a large native Db (v4 SP1) locally however when i try and open an existing sales order i get the above message coming up.. it goes onto say ...You must define and activate the key fields that appear below (order is not important) and then associate the specified SumIndex field with it.
Key fields: Planning line origin, variant code location code etc
SumIndex field: expected quantity
Table: Planning component
Would be grateful for 'dooable' suggestion for a non developer if possible
THANKS
Ajm

go into object designer -> Table: Planning component-> view -> keys
see if that key exists - if it does make sure it's checked
look at the sumindex field column make sure it has that field in it
SumIndex field: expected quantity
Mine has: expected Quantity (Base) as standard perhaps someone made a custom calc not using the (Base) field so the other field would need to be added.0 -
thank you - will have a go0
