You can connect remotely to B with for example PC-Anywhere or Terminal Server.

PC Anywhere works pretty well- but it has a few inherent problems. First, it's a security risk; if some hacker gets hold of your password, you can get into big trouble. (Although there are simple ways to mitigate this.) Second, you have to have a modem line available to dial into. Third, it is painfully slow. Fourth, it can be confusing, because it's hard for the user to tell whether he or she is looking at his own computer or the remote. Fifth, you can't share files directly between your local machine and the remote machine. Sixth, you can't hook up a local printer to the remote machine.
If you just need occasional remote access, however, it's a cheap solution which DOES work, most of the time, at least.
Navision US recommends that you use Citrix if you regularly need remote access.
If you do have frequent remote access needs, there are a couple of solutions which have a higher upfront cost but which may be better in the long run. You could set up a private, password-protected web site (using Navision's own WebShop or some third-party solution) which would allow remote users to perform certain defined tasks using their net browser. Or, if the remote access takes place frequently at one certain place (or a few places), you might be able to set up a wide area network, to hook up the remote location to your network.
