I have a problem when trying to open ADCS Encryption form on Nav5.0 and Nav5.0 SP1. It shows the following error, the form of course does not open:

This message is for C/AL programmers:

The call to member GetADCSConfiguredServers failed. SaferStream returned the following message:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Do I need to install some software to make it work?

Hello,

Ensure that the NAS is set up properly for ADCS on that computer. I recommed you to read the latest version of the document w1w1InstADCS.pdf on the 5.0 product dvd. Also, if you need to deploy NAS and VT 100 plugin on separate computers, or you have a multi NAS scenario the following information will help you:
