How to create invisible item ( Schedule or labour)

Dear friends,
I am new to NAV 4.0. suggest me how to create invisible item ie labour schedule in NAV 4.0. so that when we invoice it should not check stock. I checked non stock items that of no use for my case.

For labour schedule you can use Resources.
If the Cost of labour schedule should be calculated to the invoiced items, u can use Item Charge.

i am assigned to analyze existing features which can fit Service industry like Bike service or car service. In service they have schedules like oil change, waterwash etc.,When vehicle is under Free Service We will not charge customer , how we accomplish this in invoice screen if we use Resource for schedule? same case for Warranty Service also.

Well simply put you would either discount it to 100% or set the price to 0.00.
However you need to look at the service management options, where all of this can be setup depending upon your requirements. You have contracts, service items, whether they are under warranty, call outs etc etc etc.The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0
