Developers Toolkit 2.0 for Navision 4.0??

I have just installed DevToolkit 2.0, but I'm having problems using it. When I try to open the database, I'm being told that the database needs to be converted.
My personal conclusion to this is, that DevToolkit 2.0 is only meant for Navision 4.0.
Am I right in this, and ,if so, where can I get the previous version of Developers Toolkit??

Hi jnielsen,
yes, DevToolkit 2.0 needs a Navision 4.0-database to save the the imported textfiles,
but the textfiles of the objects itself can be version 1.1 to 4.0.
previous version of Developers Toolkit you can find in the partnerguide and the PartnerSource.
