Dear All,
What is Contact and what is the relationship between contact and customer.
While we are creating a new sales order, once the customer no. is selected, the contact no will automatically filled in by the system. Where the contact no. value come from. How the system able to relate the contact no with the selected customer no. ? I am not able to find any field that store the contact no in the Customer table.

It's a field called "Primary Contact No." in the Customer table, and it should be on the General tab of the Customer Card. When you enter the customer on a sales order, it defaults the primary contact from the Primary Contact No. of the customer.0
