Differences Nav 4.0 and 5.0 Installation and Configuartion

Are there any major differences between the 2 versions?
There is e-learning training material for 4.0 but not for 5.0

I was thinking of using e-learning of 4.0 for the 5 certification?

Is it O.K. or are there major differences?
