Copy CRM data

I need to copy all CRM data (contacts, jobs, settings, ...) from one navision database to another navision database. If someone kweh how can I do it please write

Create dataports for the tables involved and make sure they can both export and import data. Then export the data from the "from" database and import them into the "to" database.
I believe there is even a tool on this site that can help you create the dataports. If I am correct you should be able to find this tool with a little searching.Best regards

I suggest you use a dataport with all of your tables to export all your data in one file.
The tables in the file are seperated by an empty line.
Then you can import that file anytime anywhere (with the same dataport of course).0
