Repeating lines in report "Detail Trial Balanc

Our customer is using the report "Detail Trial Balance" each month.
Now the report shows strange lines. The report stays in a repeating loop and keeps generating pages with the same line on the whole page.

Can someone tell me why this is happening.

    Probably someone has modified the report.
    Or these transactions were posted repeatedly...

    The report is not changed. It's just the standard Navision report.
    The transactions are not posted repeatedly, it's just 1 entry.
