Read Windows Register Key from MBS 3.70

Hi, anybody knows how I can read a register key from MBS 3.70 ?

    Try this:
    Define variable 'wshShell' as Automation, 'Windows Script Host Object Model'.WshShell;
    Define variable 'varValue' as Variant; 
    CREATE(wshShell);
varValue := wshShell.RegRead('HKCR\Navision.Database\shell\open\command\');
MESSAGE(FORMAT(varValue));
CLEAR(wshShell);

    MBS Navision 4.0
    I put the variable
    MyVar automation 'Windows Script Host Object Model'.WshShell
    In my code, the CREATE(myVar) give me error message:
    could not create an instance of the OLE or Automation server....
    check that the OLE control or automation server is correctly installed and registered.
    How should I check? if present in the list, shouldn't it be installed?
