attach external reports to navision?

hi,

is it possible to attach an external report, eg crystal report, so that the user can access the report from inside navision?
and of course how would this be done?

I don't know about Crystal Reports.
But check out the Interaction Logs for Contacts and how they did it to open an e-mail or word document from an interaction record.
