Is this impossible:

IF lv_TotaalVolumePigment = 0 AND lv_TotaalAbsorptie = 0 THEN

I get error:

Type Conversion is not possible because one of the sides isnt from an allowed type,.

Integer AND Decimal

    You need brackets
    IF (lv_TotaalVolumePigment = 0) AND (lv_TotaalAbsorptie = 0) THEN
