Navision error 1326

In Navision 4.0 when I'm trying to use the function Ready for Shipment i got the following error:
The operating system returned the error (1326):
Logon failure: unknow user name or bad password.

Please, help.

    Hey facundoe,

    Are you able to look at the underlying code for this "Ready for Shipment" function?

    For whatever reason it appears this function is attempting to gain access to a shared resource on your network. Pertaining to this error it is most likely an account synchronization issue (NTLM/SMB protocol(s)).
