Setup Employee Portal

Hi
I have installed Employee Portal on my Server and now I have no clue where to begin the setup. Where do I begin this setup? How do I link this to my Nav DB?
Does anyone have a white paper or can direct me to one.

    Check your installation CD, there is a file "w1w1ep.pdf" in which it is explained.
