Nav 5.0 in region 2-3

Do someone know if - after the announce of the delay for release 6.0 (formerly 5.1) - Microsoft will extend the release of version 5.0 also to countries not present in region 1? I will have to install version 5.0 (SP1) in Singapore within next year and I still don't know if it will be ready or not... :(
