Anyone knows how to integrate Virtual Earth with Dynamics NAV for routing?

You should try checking out the following link:

Microsoft has released an API for Virtual Earth which represents an advancement from previous versions of Map Point. You should be able to integrate using simple SOAP XML requests (just like any other web service).
