Outlook Sync Objects will not compile Outlook Inter Installe

I cannot compile the Outlook Sync Objects I get an error cannot load selected type libraries.

I have looked and one of the commands that are giving me an error are OSynchEntity. I have installed the Outlook Interactions with the C/Side client.

Does anyone have any suggestions. I have tried this on two different machines and I am getting the same error. One machine has Office 2007 the other has Office 2003.
