Employee Portal - Header Line Web Part

Hai All,

I have created a new Header and List Form. As per the instructions I have implemented evrything accorcdingly like :
1) Created a new Web Part template and included my header and list form into that.
2) Created a new Group and added my Web part template into that.
3) I then added lookup to my two fields in my header.
4) I then added actions to my web part template.
5) Then I opened my Shareoint site and added my web part.
But Iam getting ouput like "The filter that you applied did not find any matching records."

Can anyone help me in this,so that I can rectify my mistake and complete the work. Any help would be appreciated.

    What is the exact error message?

    It means that you haven't got any records in base on field that you lookup or you're serching in wrong table.

    Maybe you choose not the same fields in connection header and line. Remebmer that it must be the same in two tables. Try to make keys.
