setup of NAV 5 SP1 fails x800736CC error

Hi,
I'm relatively new to Dynamics. Las week our partner upgraded our NAV server from 5.0 to 5.1. On several pc's and the Terminal Server the installation went fine, but on my brand new Vista SP1 installation, the installation runs fine, but at the end it stops with a 800738CC error. After that it rolls back the whole installation. I have all the rights and permissions needed.
Does anyone have had the same experience and/or know what to do?

Hi Neils,
A few things to try:
1. Make sure to run as administrator
2. Make sure that your anti-virus is not preventing the install
3. Re-inistall .net framework
