Fin.Zup is a temp file witch save all your settings under navision, when users use citrix, the file is saved on citrix server under c:\program files\user name\application data\fin.zup you must delete the file, if the problem persist, rename the user folder as .OLD and create a new one

    I've got nearly the same problem in citrix.
    Who can help me with this problem?

    EDIT: i get this error: "There is something wrong with the file C:\Documents and settings\user\application data\fin.zup. To continue you must delete or rename the file"

    Hi Bvbeek,

    This means that the settings file fin.zup has been corupted and need to be removed. If you have a backup that you can restore/copied in.

    Aside : if you want to store this setting file in a different location (e.g. a backed up share drive) use the command parameter ID=
