Hi,
I heard that a connector needs to be purchased for integration between MS Dynamics CRM and MS Dynamics NAV.
I wish to know whether this connector needs to be purchased if a new customer only wants implementation of the Service Management module for CRM and Navision Financials.
Please advise.
