Hello,
I would like to migrate a SQL database from V.5 to V.5 with SP1, and I'd like to know if there is any problem that I can meet if I proceed like this:
- Backup of the V5 database into .fbk
- Create new SQL database with Navision V5 SP1
- Restore new database with .fbk
Thank you for answers.

Nope, no problem, that is fine.
You can also open with SP1 client and convert.
BUT
TEST TEST TEST!!!
Use the benchmark toolkit and measure performance!
Remember that SP1 does not run on SQL20000 -
