Invert a field in the sections

i am trying to invert a field in the sections. but i can´t make it. i changed the background color and the font color. in the section designer everything looks fine. but when i print the report there isn´t any field inverted. had someone any idea to fix it?

    You can't use colors in your report. It looks OK on the screen, but it won't be printed on paper. You have to use bitmaps if you want to invert something. But then it is only usefull for static data.

    that really sucks is there not any change? i have to do it and i dont want to write something in visual c to do the job

    Maybe it's an option to send your data to Word or Excel? Then you can change colors/formatting using Automation and print it from there.
