Internal Error 2 in Module 10

I am getting an "Internal Error 2 in Module 10" when I escape from the main menu (my own dbase - not a client's, so no worries).

The partnerguide website suggests that I delete the zup file. Did that, but the problem still persists. Any idea how to overcome this?

    delete the file FIN.DMP in your navision directory.

    dunno. but it recreates itself everytime a new session is opened.

    must be some kinda dump file.
