Navision can show chinese language data?

currently we are using XMLport to port in data from SAP through SAP.

When user in SAP enter chinese data, we notice the data in to Navision is just ######, and we are fail to read in chinese.

IS that limitation of XML port or anything i need to install?
is that i need to install the language pack for chinese?
the client pc or server must be change the unicode?
is that navision is non-unicode software?

My Current OS is Window XP.
Server is SQL2005
Navision is Sp3 SG version.

    Few things

    You need to have simplified chinese language added in your license to view chinese characters

    Collation for Navision Database should be SQL collation

    You should specify the chinese prc language under language and control settings if you would like to input in chinese
