Show only companys in a range

Hi anybody.
Anybody knows if its possible show not all the companys in the initial form besed on the user who opens the database?
We have training companies and test companies and we want show only the companies the user has rights.
We have the table Member of with the desired selections but i don't know how make this or if it is possible.

FROM Tools -> Database Login -> Roles
Add along with the Roles, the companies that user has access.
You can have the same role repeated for the number of companies that the user has right to access.
Then, at Login, the user will only see those companies.
