Error in Exporting textfile as SA user

Hi guys,

I'am preparing now for upgrade from 4.0sp3 to 5.0, I encounter problem in exporting the object text file of current customer DB.when I export it as text file it gives me an error message that i don't have permission to read the "Payment Terms Table" but I use my developers license and I log in as an SA which is a DB owner and have all the permission.

there's no problem when I export it as fob. pls help what should be the reason behind this.

DB is SQL2005.

    Do you use Security model=Standard?
    Probably it is some problem with the enhanced security model.
