Analytics web access

Hi,

I successfully installed BA on my workstation and and able to access it through the IE in my local workstation. But when I am trying to access it in different workstation, it gives me the error (Access Denied).. Am I missing a setup?

    1) Check your firewall
    2) You can have problem with authentication

    Hi Kine,

    I have turnoff all the firewalls of my workstation, but still the same... What could be possible other cause of this?

    How is the BA configured? For Windows authentication? Which users are allowed to connect? Check that the domain accounts are allowed, not just some local accounts...

    I already added in the security the login usernames of the clients, but still the same. :( ](*,)
