Gant Server very very slow and error on saving modification

Hello,

we have a lot of problems with Gant Server. It takes a lot of time to open (ca 10 minutes) and only moving an order and then saving it it takes 40 minutes and then it gives always a message
'Another user has changed the production order after that the production planning has been open... '

and then it rollbacks and doesn't save.

In the Gant there are more than 2000 orders.

NAV 5.0 CH

So I ask you if someone has already had these problems?
We think that it is a problem because there are some dirty data in productions orders (when saving it recalculates/passes each one) or because they are too data...

What do you think?
Do you have some advice to solve it?

    Hi Andy,

    You have a lot of production order and this is been transferred to the client each time you launch :( ! Is there a way for the user to work with a sub-set of the order e.g. Released only and you can write some code to control this. Bacisally the gant server uses XMLPorts to transfer the data and the export one is 5500 - Export Production Schedule. I have made modifications to this to export for released only for example in the productionorder element but you could add in different code.
