Problem with Commerce Portal

I get the following error message while trying to view a specific product:

MSMQQueueInfo error '80070005'

Access is denied.

/commerceportal/include/mq.asp, line 110


Running a Win 2003 Server, Commerce Server 2002

Has anyone had the same problem, and found a solution to it?

    Have you checked the permissions on the message queues, by default anonymous users have no read permissions so cannot get messages or put them into the queue.

    I had a similar issue with our solution (Not commerce portal) that uses message queue and we set the permissions to full control for 'Everyone' and 'Anonymous' then worked backwards to find the issue.
